Question

Accurate smart phone screen replacement website??

May 11, 2014 10:48AM PDT

I often get asked to fix cracked or broken phone screens, which i dont mind doing. The only problem i run into is finding the correct screen online. i mostly find just the glass cover and not the digitizer, or its just plain not the right one despite what it says.
Does anyone know of credible websites to order the replacements from?
Not including apple. those are readily available
Even if the website only has one specific brand please list here
Particularly interested in samsung galaxy right now

----also buying directly from manufacturer (LG, Samsung, Sony...etc) really is more money than its worth especially if im only ordering one at a time

Hi,

May be this might not fit for the one whose phone case broke it, but for prevention you can try this ggs screen protector. I got this from phonegala.com and you can check it out !!

All three of the posts contain a hyperlink, none of which i feel are intentional. Couldnt it just a fault from cnets end?

Have to agree.

Due to the spam you often see links go away or moderators declare a link free zone. The spammers call that a fault.

Hi Smo1898,

Best thing to do is just Google "(YOUR MODEL) screen repair/replacement" and then go on maps. See if there is a local repair shop or business and then just look at the reviews and price difference.

I did it when I smashed my 4S.

Hope this helps.
