As you may or not know, you don't need all the solder for a joint (connection) to function. I would not repair a working device. I'd leave it as is.
So I transplanted a Cruzer Blade into a 3D printed shell and I accidentally sliced off a metal bit. The red circle in the picture shows where the damage was done (the entire metal bump is missing leaving two metal dots underneath on the circuit board, it is completely flat on that area). The drive seems to be working but I am a bit paranoid. Should it affect the drive?
