- Were those documents on your hard drive, or were they in Onedrive in the cloud?
- If they were in the cloud, can you still access them from another PC/laptop/tablet where you login with your same Microsoft account?
- Are the file you lost now still on your backup? As we say here: you only lose what you didn't backup.
(windows 10) Hi. just about an hour ago, i was deleting unused software from my computer by going through task manager>file location and deleting all the files unless their was an uninstall application. when i was finished i tried to open a video game and noticed that all my saves were gone. I then clicked on my documents folder and it said-
"Location is not available
C:\Users\MyUsername\OneDrive\Documents is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you’re connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can’t be found, it might have been moved or deleted."
- I tried to restore the documents from the recycling bin but i have no clue which ones to restore and i don't think it helps my case. please help.(Windows 10)
