I don't see any machine details. But going back on a Windows version, most of the time I find I have to remove the HDD partitions (I use GPARTED for that) and then I'm OK. Remember that we NEVER create partitions prior to installing Windows. Let the installer do that for us.
I have PC with windows 7 premium. 1 dvd drive
I got to the point when windows said my computer couldn't install windows 10 due to the monitor and memory. I decided to go back to windows 7. I did a restart and got the option to start windows or fix startup problems. No matter what I do I always end up at the same point. I've tried safe mode and it won't start and ends up at the same options.
I don't have a recovery disc and only have a clean windows 7 disc. Even using this disc I can't get past the start normally or restart problems. I am desperate to get my access back.
I am not very knowledgeable about computers but have tried everything I can think of
