You can get your files with a Linux distro (google that).

I am using Windows 10 on a fairly new HP computer. A few days ago I was unable to access the Start Menu and the Quick Task bar disappeared. I could still run programs. I ran a virus scan using Avast. It picked up several high alert items and deleted them. Problem solved. Now it has started again and Avast doesn't pick anything up. I ran Adaware and Malware Bytes but nothing has helped. Is there some way to clean this out and if not is there any way to access my files so I can save them before a computer reboot. Without the Quick Task bar I have no icon to access files.
