Even an "elevated" prompt refused to let me delete a file, copy a file to a directory so UAC was taken out (again).
I want to make a copy of my Outlook .pst file. The file is currently located in my \Application Data\* folder. I am running Vista Home Premium and I am the only user on this system and have administrative privileges. When I try to access that folder, Vista tells me that "Access is denied". When I check permissions, my account has full control. Why is Vista preventing me from accessing that folder?
