about warranty of mobile

any one can guide me to lodge a complaint against samsung customercare..samsung s7 edge water lodged due to tiny rain...and that was stoped working...they are irresponsibly to pay 25000/-Rs repair..i have warrenty period till this month 21st

The model didn't appear to be water proof or resistant so you may be out of luck.

Next time, keep these out of the rain or shop water proof models.

The Galaxy S7 Edge has a water resistance rating (don't know the exact specification). There is no true "waterproof" phone only "water resistance" to a certain water depth for a specific length of time. Their may be hope for the OP. However, if Samsung decides the water was caused due to user damage, all bets are off.
