about outlook express

I got Windows xp Home my question is everytime I open a email in Outlook express that has a link on it I have to copy the link used to be able to click the link it would open that stop doing that when the last time I did a Os Reinstall I know that there is setting in outlook express that can fix that wondering if anyone know the setting.

Basket628, Follow the instructions under the Resolution section at the link below. Many times registering the referenced dll files corrects the problem. Also make sure that you have Internet Explorer set as your default browser.
