my motherboard is g3it-m7 i want to know that my mobo support radeon r7 250x or r7 250

Typically all desktop graphics cards fit into

the same slot. The problem is if the power supply is capable of powering the grpahics card. So I would check the specs and and verify or call ATI/AMD.

Yes your mobo supports either card it fits in the pcieX16 slot.

Two problems.
Will your case support it?
Meaning if you have a slim line case you will need a low profile card.

Will your psu support it?
The 250 is a 65w card so I would think just about any 350w psu should work.
The 250x is a 95w card so I would think just about any 400w+ psu should work.
