Yes your mobo supports either card it fits in the pcieX16 slot.
Two problems.
Will your case support it?
Meaning if you have a slim line case you will need a low profile card.
Will your psu support it?
The 250 is a 65w card so I would think just about any 350w psu should work.
The 250x is a 95w card so I would think just about any 400w+ psu should work.
