about email client(s) help

I currently use Thunderbird. Years ago it was windows OE with and now TB. But TB is no longer supported and evidently does not have some features I need, such as answering with "unsubscribe" or "remove me", etc. Looking around Mailbird looks good but I need to know if MB would let me go back to TB if I don't like MB. Contacting MB "HELP" is no help. Also What Mailbird HAS told me is it won't "import" storage folders from TB without Mailbird pop3 accounts. All my current (5) accounts are pop3 so I don't understand what that Mailbird response means, and anyway Mailbird has an ad now that the 2018 Mailbird DOES import TB folders as well as all other settings and data. So I need someone who knows what Mailbird is all about to answer some of those questions. Anyone?
