About downloading music to cd-r

I'd like to know how to do music downloading from any service offering it-but-it's too confusing,with all the files that need assembly!

Hopefully you will offer more information about your problem

It would help if you were to tell us where you are downloading this music from
and why there are "files that need assembly"

I've never needed to assemble anything when buying music for my iPhone in the iTunes shop. It's pay, download, sync and play.
Not that I ever did (I don't have an iPhone), but I'm sure I wouldn't have to assemble anything if I did.
