ABC.com episode player will not work anymore! Help Please!!!

Alright, abc.com's old episode player worked awesome for us. The new one, I launch it, it lets me pick what show/episode I want, it looks like it's loading as you can see & hear the first little advertising thing happen but the episode itself will not load! Any idea on how to fix this? I've tried numerous times to shutdown and start over. I also try to see if I could start further into the episode. While it'd let you view the advertisements, the episode would never work.

....about the computer.. Which operating system? Using Internet Explorer? Which version of Internet Explorer?

Have you installed the newest version of Java?

Recent version of the Flash player?

Turned off all popup blockers?

The more information you give us, the better informed our answer will be.
