Ask LG to issue a one time warranty extension to fix this.
I'll take this as not pilot error.
Our tv model is 55lm7600 and it has passed the warranty period. The message window keeps popping and I am not able to cancel or close that window. The window shows the message " only available in tv input do you want to select". This problem I am facing since 3 months and not able to switch off the tv if it's switched off manually it switches on by itself. Rest all the tv is very nice no other issues. HDMI has only 2 connections Roku n Xbox. I called LG customer support n did a reset but problem has become worse that window is prominent now , not leaving the screen. Please help me with this issue, is there any method for hard resetting the tv
