a reason to be proud

The odd fact about the American media in this war is that it's not covering the American military. The most plugged-in nation in the world is receiving virtually no true information about what its warriors are doing

i recieved the link with these words:
If you happen to know an "old hat" Marine, or as we teasingly called them back in the day "Jarheads" , you might send this link along to them http://www.wtv-zone.com/Mary/THISWILLMAKEYOUPROUD.HTML

To the patriots this finds its way to, you will find it soothing that there are folks who pay attention.

Used to be "Move out" in any condition.
Now its "Git'er done" , or lets Roll. seems these kids, are willing, that is the kind of troups that survive and thrive.

"Semper fi" all you old Jarheads, Hooorah you "beetle crunchers", and throw away the anchors too, plus plow the air road .

Be proud of these folks

.... has been sending videos to a TV station he takes in Iraq, which present a hopeful outlook.

There is a group of Iraqi filmakers whose work will be shown Sunday on CNN. In an interview with one of them, he said this was the first time he could film what he wants. He said at first he was happy to see the Americans, but now felt they were occupying the country. However, he appreciates the new-found freedom he has.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
