This is the error I received!

Not enough physical memory, less then 128mb not supported.
Hardware FAILED.

What do I need to do to get this resolved?

Nick, It Appears Like You Need More RAM

How much installed RAM do you have? Some games require as specific amount of RAM in order to run..They will check the hardware prior to installing the game. It looks like you only have 128 MB on the computer and some may be "shared" for video memory which only leaves you with 126 MB. Either way, if you only have 128 MB on and XP computer, you need to install more. I recommend 512 MB or more if the motherboard will support it.

If you give us more information about the computer, it would sure help.

Hope this helps.

Hello, it sounds like you are trying to load an older game as that kind of error message is usual.

What game, what system requirements, have you tried the XP compatibility wizard located in accessories?

Try all the options using the wizard as windows only knows it won't play it. It doesn't care that it frustrates the operator.

Also, here is a site that has info on how to play many old games on XP: http://www.quandaryland.com/jsp/dispArticle.jsp?filename=/help/Steves_XP_Games_Corner.htm&articleType=Help!+Page&title=Steve's+XP+Games+Corner

Good luck! Linda
