A primer for people

that are thinking of running for political office...

One of the first things to do is

Determine your policies on certain subjects...such as...Capital punishment, and clean water in Flint Michigan.....

THEN.....

when you are debating the subject...you don't have to be "forewarned" that the subject may/will come up in debate.

Boilerplate answer for boilerplate subject.

Sure...it stands to reason

that candidates SHOULD prepare for ALL topics.....but why bother when you can get your National Party Committee to cheat by giving you the questions that WILL be asked ahead of time so you only have to prepare for THOSE and not anything and everything that MIGHT be asked?

Since your response had NOTHING

to do with what your original post is about, don't you think it should have been a separate NEW topic just so you can keep all of your complaints about Trump straight? (However, you DO realize, don't you, that every complaint you have, if all in separate posted topics, would take up probably the first ten pages or more of the SE forum? And that's only for the first six months of his term...LOL

You're ridiculous..........and can't seem to keep your focus anymore.

You wanted me to give you ONE example of cheating by the Dems during the election process....can YOU give me ONE complaint about Trump that ticks you off more than the rest of the complaints? Bet you can't do it cuz your list is so extensive, it's hard to prioritize.

what do you expect?

That's Liberals for you. They only talk about what upsets them, but then run short on any suggestions other than "we want to stop what others are actually doing". They have nothing on their own. That's why they always want higher taxes so they CAN have something that belongs to others to spend on their silliness. Ever see those shows like Watter's World where the reporter goes around and tells people that Trump is doing such and such and what do they think, but actually he's telling them things that Obama did while in office. The Liberal interviewee then begins excoriating Trump for doing such a horrible thing, and finally they are told everything they objected to was actually done by Obama, then they go into silly overdrive mode as they try to back out of what they'd just said. They have NOTHING. That's why they question everything everyone else is doing and complaining about it all the time, because they have NOTHING and will do NOTHING, other than create problems. They don't know HOW to solve problems, only how to BE a problem. Poking, questioning, accusing, blaming, cursing, public misbehavior that children in past were spanked for, wasting other people's more valuable time just so they can be noticed. Nothing and full of nothingness.

Said that man that made a post complaining about Liberals....AND another post complaining about the size of the sheets of paper towel.....

Posts giving out bouquets in SE are few and far between....

Since your response had NOTHING to do with what your original post is about,

MY OP was about

Determine your policies on certain subjects A political party platform or platform is a formal set of principal goals which are supported by a political party or individual candidate, in order to appeal to the general public, for the ultimate purpose of garnering the general public's support and votes about complicated topics or issues.

In other posts in this thread I remarked on how President-Elect Donald Trump took 141 distinct stances on 23 major issues during his bid for the White House.

A fine example of a man without a "policy platform"...He has 141 positions....on 23 subjects...of course that was before he got elected...he's probably got more positions now.....

TheRUMPs position depends on what day it is, who he's talking to, AND who's listening(might leak).

See the "connection"?

Perhaps The General/childminder will rein him in....

You wanted me to give you ONE example of cheating by the Dems during the election process

NO...... I wanted you to give me the question that you thought gave Hillary some sort of advantage by knowing it in advance....and I showed you that she had already made a policy statement on THAT subject months BEFORE the question was brought up in the debate...so it was no big deal for someone to say

"HEY!....Hillary, they are going to ask about the water in Flint....AND the person that asks the question will be wearing a blue dress".

When you have a candidate who
Aug 8, 2017 4:16AM PDT

can't get more than two or 3 hundred people at their 'rallies', your 'positions' aren't heard by enough of the voters, so the DNC and CNN made sure that she would get a leg up during what is now a televised event with millions watching (mainly because of Sanders pulling in the viewers, to be honest) but had to cheat to do it. It doesn't matter what your position is if you don't get enough people out there who actually hears the message, but obviously Flint was an issue they wanted to get out and they decided to cheat in order to get it out. AND hilLIARy's obligation to report that she got the heads up early on didn't phase her because she didn't report it.
