A Poem for Hackers - Love, Apple

Feb 16, 2006 2:42PM PST

Just read this and thought it was cool, especially given one of the forum topics today regarding Mac OS on PCs and Windows on Apples.

A poem for hackers was embedded deep into the Mac OS as they anticipated that they would try to crack it to run on PCs. This is the message:
----------------
"Your karma check for today: There once was a user that whined/his existing OS was so blind/he'd do better to pirate/an OS that ran great/but found his hardware declined./Please don't steal Mac OS!/Really, that's way uncool./(C) Apple Computer, Inc."

That reminds me of when I was wasting time looking over the license agreement for OS 9.2 and I found out that I wasn't allowed to make nuclear weapons with it. (I know that is actually serious, but it made me laugh regardless).
