A messed up Task Bar

Feb 17, 2009 8:45AM PST

I don't know what I did, but my Task Bar, in WinXP, is now a double bar. The Start button, and Quick Launch buttons are on the top of the bar, the program that's open, like Firefox, is on the bottom of the bar, and the clock is 3 lines with the time high, the day middle and the date low. If I move the Task Bar to a side view it just shoves the open program to the side to fit itself in. And while I can get the up and down arrow for re-sizing, it doesn't do anything. Also, ALL of the Quick Launch button are along the upper bar instead of 4 + the QL menu. I've never seen anything like this before. Anyone have any ideas how I can return the TB to a normal one-liner? Thanks.
