Any negative feeling towards a person or group of persons for any reason whatsoever is taken as a sign of hate. Trashing a business district or tearing down a statue in the interest of ending hate isn't hate. It's considered to be a form of justice. The damage to people or their property by those claiming they want to end hate is considered to be justified by their objective.
