Loved it!! My daughter does the same thing to us!! LOL
She comes out spends the night and tells us a dozen times "Don't forget to wake me up at 5 am!!" We offered to let her set the alarm, but she prefers Dad get her up so he has the coffee ready for her:)
Sounds like home:)
From time to time, my son, who lives some 2 hours' drive north of here, is down here for business and works late. When he does so, he comes here and uses an empty bedroom rather than drive home late at night.
Last night, he did so, and left notes all over the house that read,
"Please, for the love of God, wake me by 6:30 A.M. Need to get up then. I have no alarm!!!"
Over the course of 20 years in the military, one thing I learned is never to trust the reliability of local electric service; a good idea when in places where utilities aren't as reliable as they are here.
So, I took my (extremely loud) windup alarm clock, set it for 6:30 and placed it on the nightstand by the bed in which my son's sleeping with a note attached that reads,
"God loves you; NOW GET UP! Love, Dad."
That should do it!
