A little help with purchasing

Aug 30, 2005 10:16AM PDT

Ok, so I'm heading back to school next week and i have an old sony cybershot p7...its small but kidna bulky and i really wanna get something that fits into my pockets easly (espceialy jeans). What im looking for is something thats nice looking, gets a decent shot ( im not printing anything) and is really no thicker than a wallet and no bigger than a pack of gum. from my "research" i like the Casio z500 and Casio ex750...i need to take decent artst shots for a photo class too, but i dont need to set anything specail...any help? if the z500 takes decent enough shots and if the lcd doesnt get hard to see with sunlight id rather go with that cus its 100 dollars cheaper and is thinner..anyways apreciate any input

The prices of the two cameras are very close.

If you are seeing the price at $300 or $320, be careful. That is unusually low.

If you are ordering from an on-line business, be sure you check them out before placing an order.

There are lots of dishonest camera sellers that advertise very low prices but will not deliver at that price. They require that you buy a lot of extras (at a high price). If you don't buy the extras, you don't get the camera.

I checked newegg.com and they show the prices as:
S500 $366
Z750 $376
Including Shipping
