A free Laptop from Microsoft?

Ok I got an email saying I won a contest from MSN, Hotmail Live, I had entered when I switched to Live Hotmail...anyone else get an email like this. I was asked to give a contact number during the day. Then I would be contacted to get a privacy affadavit/legal statement and then pick which laptop I wanted....I did not and will not give out CC #'s or SS #'s....I am not that stupid....might be ligit though <shrug>

Do not open, especially attachments. Block sender. Block server. Contact Microsoft about this, provide copy if requested.

Do you have anti-virus software and anti-spyware software running on your system? Run manual scans of both AV and AS.

I never open email that I don't know the sender. What do you mean untracked thread?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
