A flash based MP3 player for a snowboarder.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and desperately seeking advice.

I want a good MP3 player for when I'm snowbaording. I used to use a Philips GoGear Key019 (http://reviews.cnet.com/Philips_GoGear_Key019_128MB/4505-6451_7-30823370.html?tag=prod.txt.10) which did the job, but I've since lost the remote and its time for an upgrade.

Some bigger concerns as a snowboarder are:
Volume - needs to be loud enough to hear over wind shear and such
Interface - I use pretty thick gloves so buttons need to be somewhat big? Anyone know how touchscreens or ipod wheels interact with thick gloves?
Size and weight - as if I didn't have enough gear already, I don't want a cumbersome HDD player to think about. It should feet in a sleeve pocket or in a glove.
Features - I need radio.

What do you guys think?

So far, this is what I've come up with:
The creative zen v's joystick is too small.
The iRiver clix reqires 2 hands and is difficult to use with gloves.

The sansa e200 series' wheel looks promising but the other buttons look hard to press.
I tried to samsung T9 and liked it but it was almost too small and the side buttons were not nice to me.

Any suggestions would be apreciated. With the holidays coming around, I'm sure the slopes will be filled with crazy kids and talkative intructors; I'm really hoping to drown them out...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
