A few questions on Archos 605 and ipod touch

1)how quick does archos 605 charge with the battery dock

2)is it possible to connect an external harddrive to archos 605 with battery dock and exchange files? (copy files from hdd to archos)

3) how does youtube work on ipod touch since it doesn't have flash..

anyway 1. The battery dock doesn't charge the archos, it acts as an extended battery once the main is drained.
2. Yes, the battery dock has a USB host input for most mass storage devies
3. You're correct, it doesn't have flash, so it can't play Flash videos natively like the 605, but it works through the same application as the iPhone has, and Apple and Google are currently getting the whole library on it soon, but of course this is only for YouTube, not other sites

Google is working on converting all their video stuff to QuickTime.
The iPhone and iPod Touch both have QT installed.

it can charge the unit while connected with USB
it also charges itself

1)From dead - 10hr w/ USB, 7 w/ AC

2)Yes, and it works very easily

3) Youtube and Video Google work just fine, aside from popups lol
