I was not able to listen to podcasts for nearly a month, so I've been trying to catch up on my BOLs.
1) I love BOL, and that's the only reason I tolerate this horrible forum software.
2) Someone called in between 4/19 and 4/21 and said that they hold the record for most consecutive podcasts in a day - five. Nope. I'm not saying I hold the record, but I've listened to 28 of them since Monday, so I've been doing like 10 a day or something like that.
3) On 4/25, in the blurb about the iPod video on the Blue-Ray, Molly said, "that is the reason that people want to rip DVD movies." My counterpoint is that with the new massive hard-drive storage, the proliferation of home networking, and DIVX, you can create your OWN on-demand movie network using one of many set-top boxes with a media server computer.
Anyway, keep up the great podcasts, but get better forum software.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
