A Baltimore Rush To Judgment

May 1, 2015 5:18AM PDT

All 6 officers charged with varying degrees of homicide, 5 in custody. The zoo that is Baltimore rejoices in the streets. Trayvon Martin's mother Sybrina Fulton shows up for meeting with the Gray family. Sharpton due to arrive on Saturday, but seems he may have missed his moment to get things stirred up like usual. Remember, this is the town which an 11 black and 1 Pakistani jury failed to convict Davon Neverdon even with overwhelming evidence for his street murder in front of witnesses of a Korean shop owner's son who was just in the 'hood to visit a friend. Hopefully there can be a change of venue for these officers so a non race based decisions can be obtained, instead of racially motivated ones like will likely happen in Baltimore, the black racist capital of Maryland.

A "trial" is a "rush to judgment"?

- Collapse -
ever hear of "false arrest"?
May 1, 2015 6:58AM PDT

That's what they are claiming happened to Freddie, but then they've done it many times over today. Yes, Rush To Judgment.

Isn't THAT how EVERY trial starts?

Someone makes a claim, others listen to the evidence/facts and THEY make a finding?

Perhaps a year later....some "rush".

OH...NOW you don't want to talk about the "rush to judgement" claim or the fact that Freddie died while in police custody.

Deflect and divert?

Freddie wasn't judged
May 1, 2015 1:19PM PDT

There wasn't even a "rush" to the lockup, considering how often the paddy wagon stopped along the way.

Deflect and Divert? You do realize this is all part of the same events? Please research the meanings of words like deflect and divert to insure you actually know what they mean.

So now there was no "rush"

but he was "falsely arrested".

Yes, but that's actually quite common
May 3, 2015 12:48AM PDT

while regrettable, it's not unusual.

- Collapse -
What's "unusual" is he died

as a result/indirect result of being arrested.

Actions have consequences.

The Baltimore Mayor
May 1, 2015 1:21PM PDT
""If, with the nation watching, three black women at three different levels can't get justice and healing for this community, you tell me where we're going to get it in our country," she asked,"

three black women? Black? Ah, now the racism comes out, no matter how hard they've tried to hide it.

I don't think there's a person on this planet that could hide "racism" from you.

You'd find it.

"If three black women...."
May 1, 2015 1:17PM PDT

The Mayor just make it deliberately racist, threatening that 3 black women are going after all of these police officers and if 3 black women in power can't do this, then....

"Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is starting to sound less like a mayor seeking true justice and more like Al Sharpton.
Speaking at a National Action Network event in Baltimore Thursday, Rawlings-Blake declared she would "get justice for Freddie Gray."
"If, with the nation watching, three black women at three different levels can't get justice and healing for this community, you tell me where we're going to get it in our country," she asked, referring to herself, State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
When the mayor is spouting such rhetoric, can the accused law enforcement officers and the city of Baltimore feel any sense of fairness?
