Girls and violence society's new reality

Girls are the new boys and -- in some troubling ways -- they're more dangerous, statistics and at least one nationally renowned expert suggest.

This sure is sad to hear..My question..
What are the so called Parents coming to?? This is so hard to believe! A 12 yr. old,my God,hes still a child himself..Wonder where his Parents were?? and a 5yr old! breaks my heart! and where were his parents??? Wonder how this 12 yr old child gained access to that baby?? Yes baby,to me 5yrs old is a baby!!
My feeling is that 12 year old child was abused himself!!
My Prayers for all concerned in this..so sad.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
