a/c drains on floor

I found on my 2002 JGC that the seal (foam) where the a/c drain go trough the fire wall had deteriorated and was letting the condensation water to drain back along the out side of the drain tube back into the passenger side floor.I cleaned around the tube and seal with alcohol and then coated the seal with RTV on the engine compartment side and that fixed it.
