9600 pro problems!

ok so, i have a gigabyte 128mb 9600 pro (gv-r96p128de). for some reason the defaults for the memory clock is only set at 200 mhz, when it should be set at 300 mhz! the core clock is at 400 mhz like it should be! also, i noticed on the gigabyte site that there are 2 models of the 9600 pro, the "r96p128de" (the one i have) and the "r96p128d"...but i can't seem to find a difference between them. anybody know anything about my situation?

i have the same problem with this card. and if you try to overclock it with the v-tuner 2 overclocker it will only lwt you oc it to 252 mhz tops. i would like to know if there is a way to get around that
