Hi, Vadurr; When the engine "refused to start", do you mean that it cranks, but won't fire? I'm assuming so since you tested for spark. The window issue is a bit troubling. Have you checked the battery, itself, and all connections? Including various grounds going to the engine from the harness'?
Please describe how you checked for spark.
Please reply with the questions and we can go from there. Always start with the basics.

My Jeep started lunging while driving around 55 miles an hour. I turned around and went home and it increased violently sputtering and barely making it home. Once I shut the engine off I visually checked to see if there was any major issues and could find nothing. I went to start it back up and it refused to start. I checked Fuel and that is good, then checked spark and had none. Not sure if it's related but my power windows stopped working when I attempted to restart the vehicle. I have replaced the distributor, cap, rotor, coil, crank sensor, and the PCM. I have checked the wiring harness for Bare wire connections and shorts, also checked all fuses related to ignition. I am at the end of my rope with this and I need help badly. Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong?
