Question

95 jeep cheroke won't start

Put key in ignition and it will turn over but won't start until the battery light goes on the dash board. Once it starts it will start regularly but if it's off for 1/2 hour or more it won't start.Checked the relay's there working fine,check starter wires all are tight.CAN ANYBODY HELP!!!
