get together and file a class action lawsuit against the federal administration for dereliction of duty. It is the primary function of the Executive Branch to execute the laws of our nation and it fails at this miserably. Then it wants to sue those that do the job it is constitutionally obligated to execute. Can a President be charged with criminal negligence?

Yes, but he won't be....

Someone pointed out on Fox today that so-called "sanctuary cities" do exactly what the Fed lawsuit complains about, but no one is going after those blatant lawbreakers. Wonder why.

Here's the equation
Jul 16, 2010 1:32AM PDT

Palin + secessionist = McCain = Arizona
Arizona + tea party = revolutionary intent at the State level
Arizona + Anger over illegal Aliens and the trouncing Republicans took in last presidential election + leadership = flash point
Defiance of federal law by Arizona = first shot

The factors are in place to replay history, 1865

Question is, will they get larger populous support? 9 states have thrown in there hats so far. Are the people as angry as a few politicians? If they gain support, maybe but this would be an up hill battle they cannot win. The South will not rise again.

Solution is ........... stop secessionist before they grow. A big stick is needed now. I would suggest, up the anti in the game...... block by Repeal of secessionist laws now. Secession to become treason.

Next move ....... will the supreme court remain neutral like they did with hanging chads?
