There's no user serviceable parts so time to ask how to exercise the warranty.

The stripe issue started in Oct & is now worse. Some are grey & some are tan (some pics have both), some wide, some thin, some horizontal, some vertical. Now I'm losing pics all together and instead have a face silhouette in a grey box w/a lightning bolt to the head.
Other pics are fine - but this is getting more frequent. Is it terminal?
There has been no damage to the phone; no moisture, no falls, etc.
