I didn't read it- with my sight only seeing a few letters at a time, it would take forever. ![]()
From what I have heard, though, it appears to be an in depth report , delivered in a non-partisan tone. One member I heard said he had read every note, paper, memo, etc. re: the subject. I believe the members took their responsibility very seriously .
Though Homeland Security was charged with insuring the cooperation of domestic intelligence issues, perhaps there should be an avenue to increase the chances that foreign intelligence reports are incorporated , either in the Homeland Security venue, or a newly created one.
In such matters there is always enough blame to go around, and apparently the panel was honest in their appraisal in that regard.
