Depends on ...

if you are an electrical engineer designing a wireless device that has to work optimally in all conditions or just an ordinary user finding out by experiment what channel is best in his particular circumstances.

I want to know how can it work with channel frequency overlap ?

What you asked.

How can we handle it? That's not the same as "how can it work?".

For example, how to handle (fly) an airplane is not the same as being able to explain why it works (doesn't fall out of the sky). Even simpler: quite a few people know how to handle a bike (=are able to bike). But I read only a few months ago that phycisists finally thought they understood how it can work (= doesn't fall).

I fear you need a long chat with

Engineers about RF, how distance helps and more. Also why the channel full band is only used during "use" and not when there is no traffic.
