76 updates from tray icon - but 'Last scan Unavailable'

Sep 18, 2009 8:37PM PDT

Hi, previously I've run Techtracker and was pleased with the result. I've downloaded the latest, and get 76 updates listed from the tray icon, but the web page shows '0 updates available'.

Last Scan: Unavailable

- tried with different browsers.

Vista, 32 bit (UAC enabled).

Thanks, dal765

Hi dal765,

Is this the only computer you are trying to run TechTracker on?

If so, I'd like you to please try this:

* Log into http://www.cnet.com/techtracker/app

Can you view your results list on the "Installed Software" list here?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I only have one PC.

I'm afraid I can't see anything like 'Installed software' on the page you quoted- I downloaded the app and installed it again.

My CNET id is dalchina.
