7370 digital camera by Silicon Valley Peripherals

I was thinking of buying one of these and was wondering what others think of this model and maker.

Look at all the things this amazing camera can do.
Max Resolution 7.0 Mega Pixels
The Video Clip can take Up to 30 fps @ VGA. (frames per second)
Built-In Flash Strobe with the following Flash range options: Auto/ Force on/ Force off
16MB of NAND Secure Digital Memory. (NAND is the world's highest density memory)
With an SD slot to add more memory as needed.

If you do, you find it's mostly marketing hype and you are left with no support. Plus they fibbed about all the specs.

I wouldn't bother with it.

If the 7370 SVP camera did indeed meet its specifications, it just might be a good deal for the right price.

However, it is not a seven megapixel camera.
Their specs included the CMOS sensor name and model.
This is a 3 megapixel sensor.

With this type of misleading advertising, I would have to assume that other claims are misleading too.
