They just fly through the order process and no waiting. Video cards come and go so not much to write there as Dell doesn't make or stock them all.
So yes, there are folk that can't order what they want. Easy yes.
It has been 68 days since I originally ordered my AW18. I have had to cancel it twice and reorder it. The first time I canceled it because of an illegal configuration but was told to order the same exact computer (huh). The second time I was told to reorder it was because the couldn't get the video card that I wanted so they reordered the computer with upgraded video for free. Now I sit here and wait with a EDD of 23 Oct and it is now the 4th of Nov and Dell has yet to contact me. I have sent in E-mails to customer service and like many of you I got the standard E-mail saying they would get back to me in one business day. Still have not heard from Dell. Is anyone else having this problem. I tried to call customer service but after 2 hours of listening to that music they play I was cut off. This is really getting old, how can Dell keep this up.
