656 0r 756 with either HTX710 or HT715

Need some professional assistance in chosing a TV and home cinema package. Interested to hear some professional advice on which TV is better between the 46 inch 656 or 756.

More of a challenge is the home cinema. I have a shoe box shaped room (longer than it is wide) with the TV in the middle of the room and an L shaped sofa so locating the speakers from the 715 might be a challenge

When you say locating, do you mean via wireless connection? Or just placement in the room?

both i guess. I've found a few web pages with info on ideal room layouts. The room is about 15ft wide by 30ft long. The TV would be in the middle of the room around 12 feet away from the main seating area. I'm wondering if the 756 is worth the extra money.
