I have yet to hear someone complain about crappy sound quality in their iPod. Maybe it was just that the music they listened to was low-bitrate.
iPods are generally more reliable, and if you don't need the extra features on the iAudio, I'd say go with the iPod.

I was planning to buy an iaudio x5l, but then I noticed that the 60 gb price went down to $400( $20 more than the x5l). So my question is, which one should I buy?
I understand that the x5l has better sound quality, but for 20 dollars I can get the double disk capacity. So what do you think, should I sacrifice sound quality for 30 gb more? is ipod's sound quality is as bad as people said?
I am used to hearing music on my computer and on my car, which do not have the greatest sound quality.
I have 30 gb of music in my computer, and I understand that maybe is kind of useless to have 60 gb, because it takes like 1 month or more to hear it, but I got say it does sound tempting.
I dont really care about other extra feauters like video or radio, I am just in for the music.
which one should I buy
so help me out, thanks-
