5g ipods are not rip-offs

the people that are saying that the 5g ipods are rip-offs SUCK!

Players that are rip-offs

ipod nano- 4 gigs for 250$ 50$ more = 30 gig with video

dell dj 30- same price as 5g ipod with no video, pictures,color screen, album art, touch sensitive scrolling, its fatter, heavier, and it has a smaller screen

these are rip-offs

rants saying how evil apple is go below

nano is not a ripoff

the ipod nano is priced at 250 because of it's small size, better sound quality than the full sized ipod, and it's a FLASH player!!!
Flash memory is VERY expensive, while the ipod 5G has an old-skool harddrive, hence Apple can produce ipod videos at a cheaper rate. Also, the nano uses smaller, more advanced parts so that it can maintain its small size. Nanos are worth every penny.

eh still not good

i still dont like ipods. no fm radio no direct recording, you can still get a 30g player that does the same as the ipod for less.
