I'm trying to determine how much RAM I can stuff in this old ACER. It's an Aspire 5315-2163. I've reloaded it with Windows 7 Ultimate and it seems a bit slow I think due to haing only 1 Gb of memory. I heard some ACER's have a hidden slot under the keyboard. Not sure if this one does. I've read that it has 2 slots with 512 sticks and it can be upgraded to 2 1024 sticks. I'd like more if practical. I haven't found any data about types, number of pins and so forth except from new egg and this unit: Axiom 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2. Found an IBM unit on ebay (cheaper) not sure if it is compatible. Can anyone give advice? Thanks
