Question

50PM4700 cable tuner not working

My cable tuner on my 50PM4700 is showing no signal. I am not getting any channels. I have verified the connect using another TV and the connection works fine. Can anyone help here??? Thanks in advance for everyone's help!!

Sadly with it possibly out of warranty I'd see if you bought it at Costco fast. Repairs often mean the end of a set if OOW.

If the HDMI ports work, shop for a tuner.

1. Reset the product (see manual)
2. Update the product. (see supplied web link.)

I see a new firmware just a few months ago. I wonder.
