$50,000,000 earmarked for Cabinet Minister's Riding

but the Auditor General can't find the paper trail !?

It's business as usual regardless of party (Conservative this time), but you can't house break a puppy without leaving a paper trail. What a ridiculous charade all of this is. I'm surprised we didn't discover he'd built a new summer place in the woods covering an acre and a half.

Then again, he kept his hot dog in his pants so I suppose we should be thankful.
