Why keep it? We know that voice is hit and miss so why put up with it? Take it back as defective and keep shopping.
I have recently purchased a new Samsung UN55F9000AFXZA. I had activated the settings and believe I have found a glitch in the voice recognition. When using the Voice button to control the tv and going into the "Show all" to see the commands able to use the tv reads the whole prompt "Please tell me a command or category you want". When I use my own voice to control the tv(not using the remote but using Hi TV or Smart TV to activate the Voice Command) it only says "Please tell" and cuts out. Is anyone else having this problem with their tv and how do I fix it? Is it a known issue that can be fixed? I realize that I can just use the remote Voice button but I would like a fully working tv for the 3,000 I paid. I have tried resets and updates, both unsuccessful.
