Connects via USB and while I use the method you do, when this happens it's back in the camera so I can transfer it over USB instead. That done I format the card because something's gone loopy.

I have a 4GB SD card that is often used on my Kodak digital camera. It is working perfectly all the time. But, after taking some wonderful shots yesterday, I connected this card to my laptop and a computer message prompted me to format it before accessing. Do you know what's going on there? I need to firstly back up my card photos. Is it possible for me right now? Please, help me and tell me what I should do now. Thanks!!!
