40GB Zen Touch & Vista

I hope that someone can help me with my problem. My 40GB Zen Touch does not work with Windows Vista. I am hoping that my MP3 player is not obsolete. Creative online support has been absolutely useless.

If you have an answer for me it would be much appreciated.
