So printing out those tickets worked before that Windows updates? Then make a photo copy in stead of printing again.

System restore occasionally has hiccups, that might be related to your security software. What security software do you use? And how did you shut it down? A total uninstall might be better (reinstall later).

But before doing that, see if it works on some other PC. If particular site is the only one that has this issue, it's more or less solved then, until you encounter the next such site (that doesn't work on your PC/laptop, but works on any other laptop or phone with your router and ISP). Then it's time to refresh or reset Windows, if you can't find a cause.
