I get decent speeds (8-10 Mbps)

but they are just not consistent. It can range wildly from minute to minute, oscillating between 2 and 14 Mbps which causes HD streaming media to choke way more than is acceptable. What I'd like to see is not higher "up-to" speeds but some guarantee of minimum speeds.

Which only syncs at 11mbit due to line quality etc.
But this is plenty fast enough for todays internet.
