mick1509,

What model do you have, and what is the source? Cable/sat box? Game console?

mick1509,

Try adjusting the output resolution and screen size (aspect ratio) in the Settings Menu of the Sky/satellite box. Often times, it may be on AUTO, and you'll want to pick a specific resolution or aspect ratio, like 16x9 for your television.
